椰香芝士意粉

打算试一下刚入手的安康黄油,不过窝里没什么食材了,早上超市又还没开门,然后发现冰箱里还残存一只椰子,感觉椰子+意粉应该不成问题吧…
1. 意粉加盐沸水煮开晾一边 (-_,-搞了10分钟,真麻烦)
2. 开椰子,椰子汁放碗里备用(闲着的话把椰肉挖出来炖汤也行)
3. 黄油下锅,翻炒意粉,炒的差不多了倒入少量椰汁
4. 大火煮掉水分后放入芝士粉、少量干罗勒叶,搅拌一下就ok了

还剩下一大杯椰子汁就当饮料了(拍照手残,无视吧)

又是一顿满意的breakfast {:c2:}

PS: 加点香肠、菇、培根之类的味道应该更好

话说现在taobao买低温保鲜的东西还真是方便,泡沫盒+冰袋,真是华丽呀….(不知雪糕能快递不…)
